Ber Roberts is a nurse and Health & Wellbeing Change Educator trained in five distinct breathwork modalities. As the Founder of Meliora Wellbeing, Ber brings a grounded, interdisciplinary approach to how we understand and support personal and professional wellbeing.
Ber is a proud Métis Citizen and incorporates land-based healing into their practice, honoring traditional knowledge alongside modern approaches to care. With lived experience navigating health challenges that conventional systems couldn’t resolve, Ber’s journey led to exploring breath as a foundation for resilience, regulation, and recovery.
Their curiosity and dedication have taken them across the globe, learning from diverse cultures and wellness traditions—blending ancestral practices with evidence-informed tools. Ber works with individuals and teams—from one-on-one coaching to large-scale sessions with global organizations. Their approach emphasizes practical strategies rooted in physiology, psychology, and self-awareness, making breathwork accessible, effective, and impactful.
