Ber Roberts

Ber Roberts is a Métis Registered Nurse, facilitator, and public speaker whose work focuses on helping people understand what supports living a good life.

Using a Two-Eyed Seeing perspective, Ber brings together Indigenous ways of knowing and modern health understanding to explore practical approaches to wellbeing.

Ber’s work focuses on:

  • Living a good life through Métis ways of knowing
  • Land-based perspectives on health and wellbeing
  • Healing-centred and strength-based approaches
  • Wellness literacy and self-awareness
  • Leadership and sustainable practice for helpers

With experience in emergency and mental health nursing, Ber works at the intersection of healthcare, community wellbeing, and leadership. Their work explores how land, relationship, identity, and self-awareness shape health.

Through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, Ber helps individuals, professionals, and communities develop language, perspective, and practical approaches that support living well.
