What the Sessions Look Like

Initial Intake - 1 hour

  • Get to know each other, health history
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Experiment with a few breathing methods
  • Set up a plan until the next session


Regular Sessions - 1 hour (6+ sessions to start)

  • Update on how your practices are going 
  • Answer any question you may have
  • Experiment with additional Breathe Well exercises 
  • How to implement these in your regular life


Maintenance Sessions - 30-60 minutes each 

  • Designed to assist with the transition to self-practice
  • Assistance with working through the stuck points
  • Ask clarifying questions 
  • How to implement strategies in everyday life
