Regular Sessions - 1 hour (6+ sessions to start)

  • Build on your Medicines
  • Learn ways to use it 
  • Connection to Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotions
  • How your medicines are interconnected 


Maintenance Sessions - 30-60 minutes each 

  • Designed to assist with the transition to self-practice
  • Assistance with working through the stuck points
  • Ways to nurture your inner Elder
