Two-Eyed Seeing in Health and Wellbeing
Whose knowledge helps us understand health, and whose knowledge is too easily set aside?
About the talk
A wider conversation about living well.
From my place as a Métis nurse, I bring nursing science and clinical learning into conversation with Indigenous ways of knowing and lived experience. The talk asks what we can notice when we take more than one way of seeing seriously, including relationships, roles, and the conditions that make care possible.
We can shape the examples for a health, education, workplace, or community setting.
Tell me about your audience and what you hope they will take away. We can decide together how this talk fits your event.
