Workshops / In person or online

Where does living well begin for your group?

The usual advice can miss what people are carrying, what they already know, and what is possible around them. These workshops make space to look again.

Miyo Pimatisiwin means living a good life. I use it as a question about roles, relationships, purpose, and the resources we can actually draw on. Each workshop can be shaped with an organizer for the people in the room.

What happens in a workshop

A broader view, made practical.

We begin by naming the wellness messages people have heard. We ask what those messages leave out, then make time for reflection, conversation, and a small practice or question people can take back to daily life.

People look at mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social life together. They consider what matters to them, what support is available, and what could change in the conditions around them.

The aim is to leave with more than another set of “shoulds”: a strength-based view of wellbeing, clearer choices where choices exist, and compassion for the parts of life that cannot simply be fixed by trying harder.
